Payment Policy
Any service required by a Valor Pain & Wellness patient or client must be prepaid, regardless of the procedure.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Procedures Paid 4 or More Days in Advance:
Full Refund: The policy on refunds also states that a full refund will be made if a person cancels within a period of 03 days from the time they made the payment.
No Refund: If you do cancel, then the right of cancellation is subject to the provisions given here and you must communicate your cancellation within 72 hours of making payment and refunds shall not be made.
2. Procedures Paid Less Than 4 Days in Advance:
Cancellation made within 03 days before the scheduled procedure will not be eligible for a refund.
3. After the Procedure:
No Refund: Specifically, no refund will be given for any procedures that have been completed by the Provider. They are all likely to present certain risks and uncertainties in the sense that a particular medical procedure is not assured to produce a desired result as required by a patient.
